Adequate stay. Some issues need addressing
poor insulation inflexible service
the staff was really nice and helpful, this was appreciable.
The room's noise insulation was poor. I could hear noises from the elevator and people talking until late at night. also, the breakfast service was inflexible. They initially refused to add herbs to my scrambled eggs. this kind of service issue detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel staff were very helpful and always available. The room was clean and well furnished. I enjoyed breakfast on the top floorwith views of the mosque and the Bosphorus.
The pillows were small, and I found them a bit uncomfortable. this was a minor issue .

The hotel is wonderfully located. It is just a short walk to major attractions. the reception and breakfast staff were helpful and accommodating. i also appreciated the beautiful views from the breakfast terrace and the daily room cleaning!
I found the accessibility a bit challenging. There was no ramp for wheelchairs or strollers.

This hotel boasts an really good location. It is close to key attractions! the blue mosque and sultan ahmet square are just a few minutes' walk away. exploring was easy and enjoyable. Everything was accessible.

Perfect location and great staff!

i enjoyed the hotel is close proximity to many shops. it is a very short walk to main attractions and there are good restaurants nearby. my room included a big shower and it was cleaned daily. the breakfast had nice, local food served with a view of the Blue Mosque.
the pillows were small and not super cozy but i made do.

small pillows poor cleaning
The pillows were small and not very comfortable. the daily cleaning wasn't thorough. I had to ask for shower gel two days in a row. the power kept cutting off (annoying!), tripping the air conditioning and wifi simultaneously.
